From April 1 to 30, get your habits in shape by taking up the Health Challenge! For 1 month, commit to taking simple actions to reach 3 goals that promote physical and mental health:
- 5 Goal: eat at least 5 servings of fruit and vegetables every day (That’s what IGA is for)
- 30 Goal: be active at least 30 minutes a day. And for young people, that’s at least 60 minutes!
- Zen Goal: take a moment to relax every day
