Ginger carrots & broccoli with sesame seeds
- In a large saucepan, cook carrots in a little water until tender, about 5 minutes. Add broccoli and simmer until cooked, about 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Melt margarine in large skillet over medium heat and sauté the red pepper, sesame seeds, ginger, and garlic until pepper has softened, about 3 minutes.
- Add the carrots and broccoli to skillet, stirring often to reheat them. Season with salt and pepper to taste and then serve.
