Asparagus with shaved Parmesan Cheese drizzled with balsamic fig & maple marinade
- Trim stems off asparagus. Toss in 2 tsp (10 mL) of the marinade.
- Place on baking sheet and roast in a 400° F (200° C) oven until tender crisp – about 10 minutes.
- Transfer to serving platter and drizzle over rest of the marinade. Shave parmesan cheese over top. Tear over fresh basil leaves and serve.
