- Cook the Bang Bang shrimps according to the instructions on the product packaging. Note that it is best to fry the shrimp.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked or fried shrimps with the Bang Bang Mayo, coating them well.
- Place 1 cup of rice in the centre of 2 bowls.
- Place the cucumbers, mangoes, chives, and green onions around the rice and top with Bang Bang shrimps. Serve immediately.
