Beef tenderloin with red wine and Le Sieur de Le Gardeur Cheese
- Mix together all the ingredients except cheese and beef in a bowl. Marinate steaks about 3 hours.
- Preheat the barbecue to medium-high.
- Cook meat about 3 minutes per side for rare doneness. Top each steak with a cheese slice. Remove from grill, cover with foil, and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
