- Prepare vanilla pudding according to package directions. It should make about 500 mL (2 cups).
- Spread a thin layer of pudding in a tart pan.
- Cover with chocolate wafers.
- Evenly coat with vanilla pudding to cover the wafers.
- Garnish with fresh blueberries.
- Repeat steps 3 to 5. Top with chocolate drizzle if desired.
- Refrigerate at least 6 hours. Serve.
You can substitute vanilla Greek yogurt for the vanilla pudding.
