Tartare de thon rouge croustillant de pancetta et chips Terra
- Stir together tuna, tomatoes, Parmesan, avocado, cucumbers, tamarind sauce, ponzu sauce, and mayonnaise in a bowl. Keep cold.
- Fry pancetta slices in a skillet over medium heat for about 3 to 4 minutes until crunchy like chips.
- Serve tartare immediately accompanied by TERRA chips and pancetta chips.
