Brie and blueberry grilled cheese
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Divide brie onto 4 slices of bread, top with about 30 mL (2 tbsp.) blueberries, drizzle with honey, and cover with remaining bread slices.
- Cook in a skillet heated over medium-low heat or a panini press until cheese is gooey and the bread golden brown. Serve.
