Ham and crème OKA croque monsieur
- Preheat barbecue to medium-high.
- Cut baguette into four equal lengths and then slice each one in half lengthwise to make 8 pieces.
- Lightly grill baguette pieces for about 1 minute on each side.
- Spread each piece with crème OKA, top with a slice of ham, and then grated mozzarella.
- Place on barbecue for about 4 minutes until cheese is melted and golden brown.
- Serve with a green salad.
