- Rinse and dry the canned chickpeas well.
- Mix together the chick peas, oil, cumin, chili powder, and salt in a bowl and stir well.
- Spread chickpeas out on a baking sheet and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 40 to 50 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
