Gluten free garden salad with penne and tuna
- Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Mix together the tuna, vegetables, olives, and cooked pasta in a large bowl.
- Blend the mayonnaise, yogurt, chives, and rosemary in a small bowl. Add to pasta salad and mix well. Garnish with crumbled goat cheese and serve.
