Goat cheese-stuffed mushroom caps
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). In a bowl, toss together wine, oil, thyme, garlic paste, salt, pepper and mushrooms. Marinate 5 minutes. In a separate bowl, fold together goat cheese and 5 mL (1 tsp.) chives.
- Remove mushrooms from marinade and stuff generously with goat cheese mixture. Transfer to a baking sheet.
- Bake 20 minutes and then broil for 2 to 3 minutes until cheese is golden brown. Garnish with remaining chives. Serve warm or at room temperature.
