Gourmet Nabulsi Cheese Skewers
- Nabulsi cheese is a semi-soft cheese with a mild, salty flavour. Try it on the barbecue!
- Assemble skewers by alternating between cubes of Nabulsi, rosemary bread and crunchy vegetables: bell peppers of various colours, zucchini and white mushrooms.
- Plan on 3 cheese cubes about 2.5 cm (1 inch) in size and equal amounts of vegetables and bread cubes for each serving.
- Brush with olive oil and grill over high heat for 1 minute on each side until golden brown.
