Greek-style chicken burgers from Josée di Stasio
- Mix together the chicken, panko bread crumbs, green onions, feta, lemon zest, dill, and salt in a bowl.
- Shape into 4 patties. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a little oil over medium-high heat in a non-stick skillet and fry patties 4 or 5 minutes. Turn and fry another 2 or 3 minutes before reducing the heat to continue cooking until the meat is well done. To cook on the barbecue, place patties on a non-stick griddle placed on the grill.
- Serve on toasted hamburger buns garnished with mayonnaise and slices of tomato and cucumber.
