Grilled duck confit sandwiches
- Preheat panini grill.
- Remove skin from duck thighs, shred the meat, and mix it with mayonnaise.
- Spread mixture onto 4 slices of Country-style loaf, garnish with pear and OKA cheese slices, and then top with the 4 remaining slices of bread.
- Grill for a few minutes on the panini grill.
