Grilled Pepper, Goat Cheese and Arugula Naan Pizza
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Place naans on a baking sheet.
- Place pepper strips on top of naans. Add cheese.
- Drizzle with olive oil and add pepper.
- Bake on middle rack for 10 to 12 minutes until cheese is melted
- and slightly browned.
- Remove from oven, place arugula on top of naans, cut in 2 and serve immediately.
