Hot chocolate with cinnamon
- Combine the sugar and cornstarch in a bowl and then combine the cocoa powder and cinnamon in another bowl.
- Put the cinnamon-cocoa mixture into a transparent 250 mL (1 cup) container. Add the sugar-cornstarch mixture on top without mixing, and then, create a third layer with the chopped chocolate. Finish by adding the marshmallows on top.
- Before preparing your hot chocolate, shake to mix the ingredients together.
- For one serving of hot chocolate, add 45 mL (3 tbsp.) of the mixture to 375 mL (1½ cups) of hot milk.
