Hot & Sour Turkey Soup
- Bring the chicken broth, vinegar, chilies and garlic to a boil in a large saucepan set over medium-high heat.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes. Taste and add another chili or some of the chili seeds if necessary.
- Add the noodles, mushrooms and turkey; simmer for 5 minutes or until heated through.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper. Ladle into bowls; garnish with apple and basil.
