- Preheat barbecue at medium-high.
- Brush apple wedges, onion wedges and veal chops on all sides with Smokey Bourbon Applewood Grilling Sauce. Reserve.
- Place chops on oiled barbecue rack and grill for 5 to 6 minutes per side for medium doneness. After the first 6 minutes of cooking, add apples and onions to rack and cook for 3 minutes per side, or until cooked and lightly grilled.
- Serve chops with apples and onions, as well as basmati rice. Season with salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with fresh thyme.
Tip: To prevent onion wedges from falling apart during grilling, leave base intact when cutting, to hold layers together. Simply wash well.
