Indian-style chicken brochettes
- Cut chicken breast into cubes, add cooking sauce, cover and marinate at least 1 hour in the fridge (ideally overnight)
- Add your choice of yogurt or coconut milk to marinade. Mix.
- Slide poultry cubes, peppers, and lime quarters onto skewers that have been soaked in water. Grill until chicken is well cooked.
- Serve with naan bread or papadum, a garden salad, and mango salsa.
