- Whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, water, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Toss the kale, nuts, and strawberries with the vinaigrette in a bowl.
- Transfer the salad to a serving dish. Top with slices of Le Rassembleu cheese in centre of the salad.
- Drizzle the salad in a zigzag motion with honey.
