Mango-coriander tilapia ceviche
- Place the tilapia, 250 mL (1 cup) lime juice, garlic, and salt in a glass bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours.
- Strain the liquid from the fish mixture. Transfer to a clean bowl.
- Add the mango, red pepper, onion, coriander, juice of 2 limes, and pink pepper. Mix gently and serve.
