- Grill halibut steaks on oiled barbecue rack over medium-high heat for 10 to 12 minutes, or bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F).
- Combine diced mango, coriander, red onion and lime juice in a bowl. Season to taste.
- Place steaks on serving plates and garnish with mango salsa.
- Serve with rapini and brown rice.
Suggestion for substitution: This recipe can also be made with grouper steaks or golden tile fish.
