Mediterranean-flavoured tortilla sushi
- Place tortillas on a clean work surface and spread 30 mL (2 tbsp.) of hummus onto each one.
- Top with the capicollo and ham slices, sweet red pepper and zucchini strips, and 60 mL (¼ cup) of microgreens.
- Roll up the tortillas and cut into 3-cm (1¼-in.) rounds that look like sushi.
