Milk-Fed Veal Strips with Italian-Style Gremolata
- Combine gremolata ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
- Cook linguine according to package directions. In the meantime, heat half the oil in a skillet and cook veal strips for about 5 minutes, or until cooked and golden brown. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining oil and sauté onions and zucchini for a few minutes. Deglaze with marinara sauce, season with salt and pepper, stir well, and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Serve strips of milk-fed veal over a bed of linguine topped with gremolata.
