Moishes roast beef mini wonton tacos
- Preheat the oven to 400°C (200°F). Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Place won ton covers on the baking sheets. Place ¼-slice of roast beef in the centre of each won ton, top with each of the vegetables, and finish with the cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Seal the mini tacos by wetting the two opposite corners with water, bringing them to the centre, and pinching them together so they stick.
- Spray with oil and bake for 10 minutes or until mini tacos are golden brown.
