Curry orange cream
- Combine all ingredients; marinate meat for 2 to 12 hours.
- Thread cubes onto skewers (soak first if using wooden skewers).
- Preheat barbecue to medium-high. Grill meat until desired doneness and serve with rice, grilled sweet peppers, and curry orange cream
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Season to taste, cover, and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
