Ovenbaked Trout Papillote-Style
- Cook rice according to package instructions. Set aside.
- Place trout fillets in an aluminum foil papillote and garnish with leek. Sprinkle generously with lemon juice.
- Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Close papillote and bake in oven until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Steam green beans in the meantime.
- Serve fish with leek garnish accompanied by rice and green beans.
