Peach jam, granola and yogurt parfait
- Using 4 parfait dishes place 2 tbsp (30 mL) of granola in each dish.
- Top each with 2 tbsp (30 mL) of yogourt.
- Then with 2 tbsp (30 mL) of the jam.
- Repeat with the remaining ingredients finishing with the peach with jam.
- Using a skewer, swirl jam into yogourt. Garnish with mint sprigs.
