Country-style pâté, Camembert, and peach jam crostini
- Preheat oven broiler.
- Place bread slices on a baking sheet and brush each piece with olive oil on both sides.
- Broil about 2minutes, turning at halfway point, until golden brown on both sides.
- Divide pâté onto toasted baguette slices and top with a wedge of Camembert. Spoon on a little jam and top with a tarragon leaf and a dried cranberry.
