Quick barbecue chicken pizza
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Lay naans on a baking sheet.
- Spread tzatziki dip right up to the edges of each bread.
- Top each one with 60 mL (¼ cup) mozzarella cheese and half the red pepper and half the chicken.
- Drizzle each pizza with olive oil and sprinkle on remaining mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake for 8 minutes. Garnish with green onions.
