- Soak pollock in a large bowl of cold water for about 15 minutes to reduce salty taste. Drain well and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). In a saucepan, prepare à la king sauce with water and milk according to package directions.
- Add pollock and salmon cubes, corn and zucchini. Simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes or until salmon is cooked.
- In the meantime, place puff pastries in oven and bake for 5 minutes or until hot. Spoon sauce over puff pastries, sprinkle with fresh chives and serve with broccoli florets.
