Pork Medallions with Maple Cream Sauce
- Preheat the oven at 200°C (400°F).
- Season the pork and brush it with the Dijon mustard; set aside.
- In an oven-proof dish, dilute the corn starch into the maple syrup and pour the cream. Mix. Add the pork and cook for 30 minutes.
- Serve with rice or the vegetables of your choice.
