Potato, Prosciutto & Cheddar Sizzler
- Read the Electric Party Grill/Raclette operating instructions before use and set up equipment as directed. Preheat raclette, flat plate up, to medium-high.
- Mix the oil with the thyme, salt and pepper. Toss half of the oil mixture with the potatoes and onions. Reserve remaining half.
- Cook vegetables on the griddle, turning often, for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Using tongs, transfer the vegetables to the eight raclette pans; drizzle with reserved olive oil mixture.
- Top each pan with a prosciutto slice and an equal amount of cheese. Cook under raclette grill for 4 minutes or until bubbly.
