- Using a mandoline, julienne radishes and cucumber.
- In a large bowl, combine radishes, cucumber, orange sections, and cilantro.
- In a small bowl, combine all vinaigrette ingredients. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Add vinaigrette to salad and mix well.
To separate an orange into sections, trim off both ends and place a cut end on a cutting board. Peel the orange with a sharp knife, being careful to remove all white parts. Cut along the inner membranes to remove each section.
Radishes are bursting with vitamin C and antioxidants. They are also rich in sulphur, which gives them their tangy flavour.
