- Read fondue set operating instructions before use and set up equipment as directed.
- Bring a small amount of hot water to a gentle simmer inside the stainless steel bowl of the fondue set.
- Prepare the cheese fondue according to package directions; stir in the dip mix and half of the goat cheese until smooth.
- Transfer to the fondue set's double boiler insert and carefully place in the fondue set. Sprinkle mixture with remaining goat cheese and drizzle with olive oil.
