Rotini with meat sauce, spinach, and cheese
- Heat oil in a large saucepan and then fry the onion until translucent, about 3 minutes. Add ground beef and continue cooking until meat is no longer pink inside. Add tomato sauce and mix well.
- In the meantime, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain without rinsing and stir pasta into meat sauce. Add spinach and cheese, stir well, and cook until spinach wilts. Season with salt and pepper.
