- Preheat barbecue to medium.
- Thread three marshmallows alternating with two brownies onto each skewer.
- Place a well-greased foil pan or sheet of foil on grill. Grill skewers on foil pan or sheet until marshmallows are golden brown and starting to melt, 15 to 30 seconds per side. (The marshmallows will melt and brown very quickly.) Remove brochettes from grill.
- In a microwaveable bowl, microwave the caramel sauce on HIGH until warm, about 30 seconds. Drizzle brochettes with caramel sauce and then sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top.
Chef's secret: These brochettes can also be prepared in the kitchen. Simply preheat a non-stick grill pan to medium and spray with vegetable oil. Grill each skewer for 15 to 30 seconds per side and then proceed with rest of recipe.
