Sausage Brochettes with Pineapple and Chèvre Noir
- Prick sausages and boil for 5 minutes.
- Drain and cut each sausage into four pieces 2.5 cm (1 inch) thick.
- Place sausage pieces in a pan and cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side.
- Remove from pan and brush ends with warm honey. Skewer in the following order: sausage, pineapple, cheese.
- Place brochettes in pan over low heat and brush again with honey on all sides. Heat for several minutes on each side and serve.
