- Preheat barbecue to medium.
- Grill sausages about 5 minutes per side. Cut into 8 chunks.
- Thread in the following order on each toothpick sausage chunk, cheese cube, and pineapple cube.
- Drizzle with warm honey and serve.
If you’re using sausages that are high in fat or stuffed with ingredients that might stick to the grill, boil them for 5 minutes beforehand.
