Sausage, Steak & Swiss Cheese Hot Plate
- Read the Electric Party Grill/Raclette operating instructions before use and set up equipment as directed. Preheat raclette, flat plate up, to high.
- Stir the grilling sauce with the rosemary, steak spice and salt; halve. Toss the sausages and onions with one portion.
- Grill the sausages and onions for 6 minutes or until beginning to brown. Toss the steak with the reserved sauce portion; cook the steak on the griddle to desired doneness and cook sausages completely.
- Using tongs, divide the meat and onions between eight raclette pans. Top with cheese and cook under raclette grill for 4 minutes or until bubbly.
