- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Brush pitas with olive oil and scatter on sesame and poppy seeds. Season to taste.
- With a knife or kitchen scissors, cut pitas into chips.
- Bake on a baking sheet for 7 or 8 minutes, until crispy and golden.
- Serve with hummus, dip, or chili.
If you wish, you can add seasonings, such as Italian herbs, paprika, or even finely grated Parmesan cheese.
