Shrimp and mango salsa over guacamole
- Purée the avocados, cilantro, and half the lime juice. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Combine shrimp, mango, and remaining lime juice in a bowl. Season to taste.
- Divide avocado mixture into 4 small bowls and top with shrimp salsa.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and whole shrimps to taste.
