Shrimp, artichoke and goat cheese pizza
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Spread half a jar of bruschetta over each of the four pizza bases.
- Add shrimp, cherry tomatoes and goat cheese.
- Bake 10 minutes or until golden.
- Remove from oven. Season with fresh chopped basil and ground black pepper to taste.
