Shrimp dumplings with peanut sauce
- Combine all filling ingredients together in a bowl.
- Place about 5 mL (1 tsp.) of filling on each wonton wrapper. Moisten wonton wrapper edges. Lift up the 4 corners of wrapper and join over top to form a bundle.
- To steam dumplings, put a little water in the bottom of a double boiler, place the dumplings on a plate and place it in the upper part of double boiler. Cover and steam dumplings for about 7 minutes.
- Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl. Serve with dumplings.
