Slow-cooked spicy Indian chicken
- Heat oil in a skillet and sear chicken on all sides. Add the onion and garlic and lightly brown. Set aside.
- Whisk remaining ingredients together in a large bowl. Add reserved chicken and mix to coat well.
- Place everything in slow cooker and cook on low for 2½ hours.
- Serve with stir-fried sweet red peppers, white rice, and naan bread. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
