- Heat a non-stick grill pan (preferably with ridges) to medium-high. Brown peaches about 1 minute per side. Set aside.
- Toast bread in toaster. Divide sliced beef, cheese, and peaches among 4 pieces of toast and then sprinkle with cumin seeds. Drizzle with honey. Top with 4 remaining slices of toast.
Make hot sandwiches by grilling about 2 minutes per side in a non-stick skillet.
