Strawberry shortcake brochettes
- Preheat barbecue to medium.
- Build skewers, alternately threading the strawberries and cake cubes onto each one. Set aside.
- In a small microwaveable bowl, stir together the honey, cinnamon, and water. Heat in microwave on high for 30 seconds and then stir well. Brush honey mixture over brochettes.
- Place brochettes on barbecue. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes per side until cake is golden brown.
- Eat brochettes plain or with the yogurt dip.
