Sundried Tomato Pesto Tortellini
- Cook pasta in a saucepan of boiling water until al dente.
- Drain pasta, add a little oil and put on a serving dish.
- Add pesto, cherry tomatoes and pine nuts.
- Sprinkle with fresh Parmesan cheese shavings then season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh, chopped basil, if desired.
