- In a small bowl, combine bocconcini with olive oil and pepper.
- Thread two strawberries, one bocconcini, and a half-slice of serrano ham folded accordion style onto each skewer.
- Place brochettes on a serving platter and drizzle with balsamic vinegar reduction.
Pour 60 mL (¼ cup) of balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan with 15 mL (1 tbsp.) of sugar and cook over medium-low heat until vinegar reduces by at least half. Set a room temperature a minimum of
15 minutes before serving.
You can replace the serrano ham with prosciutto.
