Swiss chard and chicken linguine
- Cook pasta al dente in boiling salted water. Heat oil in a skillet and fry garlic for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add chicken and cook for about 15 minutes.
- Add Swiss chard and cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Add tomatoes at the end of cooking. Add pasta and pesto and combine.
- Sprinkle with basil. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
